What FixKon sees. What we keep. What we never touch.
A voice assistant that can see your screen should be upfront about privacy. Here’s the whole picture, in plain English.
What we never store
Your voice
Audio is converted to text and immediately discarded. No recordings, ever.
Your screen
A screenshot is used to answer and then discarded, never stored. One is taken when you finish speaking; while FixKon is carrying out a task it takes another between steps, so it can see whether what it just did worked.
Your files
FixKon does not scan, index or upload your files. It reads one only when you ask it to do something with that file, and the content is used to answer, not kept.
No always-on listening
There is no wake word. FixKon cannot start listening on its own. The microphone opens while you hold Win + Alt and closes when you let go. The one exception is yours to start: open a conversation in Settings and the mic stays open until you end it.
What we do keep, and for how long

You’re in control
- View and delete Memory anytime in Settings → Memory
- Turn off Memory, diagnostics, or the microphone and screen capture in Settings
- Delete your account and everything with it, in the app or by email, completed within 30 days
Who touches your data
All of them are bound to use your data only to run FixKon. We don’t sell data, and we don’t run ads.

Hosting, storage, and speech processing.
Anthropic
Powers the AI model behind the assistant.
ElevenLabs
Converts the assistant's replies to speech.
Stripe
Handles payments. We never see your card.
Resend
Sends account and service emails.
Accounts you connect
If you connect a service like Gmail or Spotify, its content only leaves your PC when you ask FixKon something that needs that account. Otherwise it stays untouched.
