Refund Policy

The short version: FixKon is free during early access, so there’s nothing to refund yet. When paid AI credit packs launch, you can request a full refund of an unused pack within 14 days. Credits you’ve already spent generally can’t be refunded, but if you were charged in error or the Service is faulty, contact us and we’ll make it right.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for purchases made through FixKon, operated by Unex Technologies LLC (“FixKon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of our Terms of Use. Where this policy and the Terms differ on refunds, this policy controls.
2. Early access
FixKon is currently free while in early access. No payment is taken, so no refund is necessary. This policy describes how refunds will work once paid AI credit packs become available.
3. AI credit packs
AI credits are digital goods delivered to your account instantly. When paid packs launch:
- Unused packs, 14-day refund. If you have not spent any credits from a purchased pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially used packs. Once you have started spending credits from a pack, that pack is considered consumed and is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in the cases below.
- Free credits. Complimentary credits granted with your account have no cash value and are never refundable.
4. When we’ll always help
Regardless of the window above, we will refund you if:
- You were charged in error, charged twice, or charged an amount you did not authorize.
- A technical fault on our side prevented credits you paid for from being delivered or used, and we cannot promptly fix it.
- A refund is required by the consumer laws that apply to you.
5. When we can’t refund
- Credits that have already been spent.
- Free or promotional credits.
- Purchases where the credit system was abused, such as farming free credits with multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or circumventing limits. Accounts involved in abuse may be terminated without refund.
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, or system results that fall within the risks described in our Terms, where the Service otherwise worked as intended.
6. How payments and refunds are processed
Payments for credit packs are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer laws of your country or region. Consumers in the EU and UK may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases; please note that this right can end once digital content has been accessed or used with your prior consent, in which case the rules above for used credits apply.
8. How to request a refund
Email us at info.fixkon@gmail.com from the address on your account, and include your order or receipt number and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a few business days.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here and change the “Last updated” date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
